Functional fitness classes (FML)
Our FML classes are a 45 minute high intensity workout that will work your whole body and have you dripping in sweat. We keep the classes fresh and exciting using a vast array of programming techniques and equipment including, battle ropes, sand bags, kettle bells and sleds. Functional Movement workouts are done under strict supervision of our experienced instructors.
